General Policies: The Green Porto Tour has license for tourist entertainment No 1590/2017, this certification can be consulted at any time from the Turismo de Portugal; The Green Porto Tour tours are fully covered by insurance required for this activity, including: Liability Insurance; Travel Insurance; Personal Accident Insurance; On our website, www.greenportotour.com, you will find a detailed description of each of our tours, as well as what is included. All items that are not listed in the 'tour includes' field are not included in the tour amount; The Green Porto Tour guide is also a driver. This guide will convey knowledge and relevant information throughout the time that he leads you on your journey. However, it is often not possible for him to accompany you in the visits inside the monuments / museums; The Green Porto Tour is not responsible for items left in the vehicle and will not accept complaints, nor be liable for delays due to traffic or weather conditions; There is no refund in case of cancellation less than 48 hours before the tour; Due to our environmental commitment, all our visits are made in Tesla’s electric vehicles, with a maximum capacity of 6 people; Any of our tours includes pick-up and drop-off at the accommodation or at any other location in the cities of Porto or Vila Nova de Gaia; Increase from 10 to 25% on pick-up and drop-off tours outside Porto or Vila Nova de Gaia, depending on distance; All tours are subject to availability; Guests have free time to visit the places and monuments; The National Monuments are closed to the holidays; Tours do not include unspecified meals, guided tours inside monuments (except those described in the brochure / website), costs or gratuities of any kind; Children until 3 years old do not pay | 50% discount between 4 and 12 years: The client undertakes to inform, at the time of booking, the existence of children under 13 years, so that we can provide their safety equipment, according to the applicable legislation and in order to ensure maximum safety on board. The Green Porto Tour is closed on January 1st and December 25th. In addition, availability is reduced on June 24th, December 24th and 31st and on nights we do not operate.
RESPONSIBILITY: The Green Porto Tour offers a genuine experience to all its customers. We have created these services for your pleasure and fun while ensuring your safety and comfort. The Green Porto Tour can not be held liable for any errors that may occur in the printing or printing industry and reserves the right to make any necessary changes with or without notice. SMOKING / ALCOHOL: Smoking or drinking alcohol is not allowed on vehicles. RESERVATIONS: Reservations made by phone or email will only be considered after proof of the deposit. Until then, it will be in pre-reservation that ends 48 hours before the tour. All reservations will be made through the email email@example.com or on our website, through the online booking form. The reservation is only valid when confirmed through the email firstname.lastname@example.org by the Green Porto Tour. The Green Porto Tour considers itself entitled to cancel tours, up to 48 hours after the reservation is made, committing itself to the total restitution of amounts already paid. Penalties will not be applied for cancellations made 48 hours before the start of the service.
DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATION COSTS: For direct reservations, the Green Porto Tour has a 100% deposit policy prior to the tour. The amount will only be refundable if for any exceptional reason the Green Porto Tour can not perform a tour (unavailability of vehicles / seats or single person). In the event that the customer does not want or is not able to take a tour on another date or another tour, the customer will receive a 100% refund. If Customer cancels the tour until 48 hours before the Tour, the amount will be refunded in full. REFUND POLICY: There is no refund due to equipment malfunction (vehicle) or mechanical failure. PAYMENT: We accept Bank transfers, Cash , PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, JCB , Diner Club International and American Express. SAFETY POLICY: We remind passengers that they must remain in their seats while the vehicle is in motion for their safety. It can be dangerous due to sudden braking or uneven floor movement that can cause injury to passengers and others around them.
