We booked through rent-a-guide not directly a "tour", but a visit to the Hard Rock Cafe in Madrid. In the end it went as planned, but we had the impression that the HRCafe team didn't really know what to do with our voucher. So first we were presented with a (juicy) bill, on which also some (inexplicable) discounts were calculated. After our hint that our menu had already been paid in full in advance, it took another few minutes and suddenly everything was okay. It was still asked for understanding that we would not have used our advance amount now completely (?) - but "everything okay and have a nice day". In short: Waiting time zero, service super, food top (and also as booked), nevertheless somehow a strange feeling at the end. Nevertheless recommendation, at any time again!
