Your experience

  • Explore Hoa Lu and visit fascinating imperial tombs
  • Discover the uniqueness of Dry Halong Bay
  • Enjoy the fascinating landscape during a trip with a sampan boat

Experience an adventurous tour, where nature lovers get their money's worth. You will first be picked up from your hotel in Hanoi and then set off with your driver and German-speaking guide to the first capital of Vietnam: Hoa Lu. On the way, stop at the memorial temple to King Dinh Tien Hoang, which dates from the 11th century and is the oldest imperial tomb in Vietnam. Inside the holy temple are the statues of the king and his sons. Afterwards you will also visit the memorial temple of his successor King Le Dai Hanh

Then drive to Tam Coc, a small town in Bin Ninh province, to explore Dry Halong Bay The bay fascinates with its variously shaped karst rocks, between which there are wide rice fields. Let the beauty and uniqueness of Dry Halong Bay captivate you and discover the fertile rice chamber in the delta of the Red River

On your exploration tour you will see different plantations with rice, sugar cane, vegetables, fruit, peanuts and soybeans passing by. Small rivers and dikes criss-cross the area, and caves and grottos have formed in some of the rocks. In the green of the fields you can see some small temples, pagodas and tombs With a small sampan boat you sail through the fascinating landscape around Tam Coc

Tam Coc means "three caves", the name is derived from the three neighbouring caves Hang Ca, Hang Giua and Hang Coi. Enjoy the idyllic drive past charming river landscapes, lotus ponds and wide fields and plantations. After the boat tour you will visit the Bich Dong Pagoda, the "Pagoda of the Jade Goddess". Finally, after an eventful day you will be taken back to your hotel
