Enjoy a private city tour where you can experience as much of Lisbon as possible in a short time. As you explore the different old city districts, you will learn more about the history of Portugal and in particular the capital Lisbon. You will start your tour at Largo Luís de Camões and from there you will arrive at Chiado Square.
On the way, your guide will introduce you to Portugal's most popular sweet and savoury delicacies.
Next destination is the oldest bookshop in the world. Afterwards you pass the Largo do Carmo square with the impressive Carmelite monastery and board the famous Santa Justa elevator with the viewing platform. This "Elevador" connects the two districts Chiado and Baixa and offers you a fantastic view over the city. Once in Baixa, your guide will take you to the Rossio and Restauradores squares. Learn all about the importance of the monuments on the squares and discover the curiosities of the surroundings.
On this tour some culinary and cultural highlights await you. Stroll along the historic streets and let yourself be guided through the enchanting old town. Finally, your guide will take you to the Praça do Comércio with its famous Arc de Triomphe, the equestrian statue of King José I and the impressive palatial buildings overlooking the Tejo.
