Description

Enjoy a guided tour of Lower Manhattan and gaze at some of New York's most important sights. Your tour starts at Battery Park and with priority boarding, you will board a boat to Liberty Island. Take a guided tour around the island and marvel at the impressive Statue of Liverty. Get a special access to the statue pedestral and get closer to the statue than general access visitors. After admiring the magnificent statue, you will board the ferry for a ride to Ellis Island.

Walk the Stairs of Separation and learn more about the immigration process during your visit to the Ellis Island Museum. Your guide will answer any questions you may have. Spend some free time and explore Ellis Island on your own before hopping on the ferry back to Battery Park. Enjoy a delicious lunch to be well prepared for the afternoon part of your tour. Visit St.Paul's Chapel, the place where people gathered after the attack to await news. Continue your way to Brookfield Place (until 1st of March 2018) where you will learn more about the massive economic consequences of the 9/11 attack. Take a look at the Eleven Tears memorial and the magnificent Winter Garden atrium (until 1st of March 2018).

You will then walk to the official 9/11 Memorial and the two Memorial Pools. Also pay a visit to the Fireman's Memorial and the Survivor Tree. Rather than just visiting the memorial, you will be provided with a full picture from a local perspective. From an local guide, you will learn how the terrible attack impacted the whole city and the rest of the world. The last site of your tour is the 9/11 Memorial Museum. With your pre-reserved ticket, you can easily skip the line.

Please note

Please note this tour does not include a visit to the Statue of Liberty's Crown. Tour participants must be able to climb and descend stairs.
You will need to pass through a security check to enter the Statue of Liberty and the 9/11 Memorial Museum.
