Your experience

Description

First, you'll receive some information about the historical background of the sites you'll visit. While walking along the Battery Park, you'll listen to the stories the memorial has to tell. Spend some time at the Castle Clinton National Monument, Pier A Harbor House, the American Merchant Mariner’s Memorial, the Sphere and New York Korean War Veteran’s Memorial before departing to Liberty Island.

Profit from priority boarding, securing you the best seats on board. Enjoy the view back to New York. After your arrival, your guide will lead you to the pedestal, bringing you closer to Lady Liberty than during a regular visit. Learn more about the iconic symbol of the city and the historical events that led to its emerge.

Enter the ferry again and explore Ellis Island, where you'll follow the food steeps of thousands of immigrants. Get to know more about the long process they had to pass to become US residents and see the Stairs of Separation. Discover the museum’s large collection of interactive displays and ask your guide all the burning questions that come to your mind.

Due to the small group size and the early morning ferries to the island, your experience will be calm and relaxed. Avoid the stress and frustrations of an average visit and enjoy the knowledge of an expert guide, finding out much more than just on your own.

Small group-very good!

If you are interested in the Ellis Island Museum, too little time was planned. We just stayed longer and didn't go back with the rest of the group. They had to go back because they had booked a complete tour with 9/11. Next time I would buy the ticket for 18,50 and do the tour on my own
