Your experience

Description

Explore the different worlds of the Metropolitan Museum of Art together with an expert guide. First, you’ll dip into past by visiting Ancient Egyptian tomb models. Admire the incredibly well-preserved pieces and gain a unique insight into life at that time. The next highlight is the amazing Temple of Dendur, which is fully intact after thousands of years.

Your discovery tour around the world returns to Ney York. Take a glance at stained-glass by Tiffany before hopping over to Great Britain to see the armor of notorious King Henry VIII. Head east in order to view the Antioch Chalice which is believed to be the holy grail. Discuss with your guide about this merit before exploring the Greek and Roman area. Stunning frescoes, shapely statues and Roman busts will await you.

When the weather is good, you’ll enjoy a break at the rooftop garden and enjoy the view at New York's green lung, the Central Park. Continue your discovery tour with the Golden Age of Dutch painting, admiring the work of Rembrandt and Vermeer. After a short sidestep to Italy, you’ll go off to Spain to see El Greco and to France for Jacques-Louis David’s well-known Death of Socrates. During your tour you’ll see further masterpieces, little surprises and have the chance to ask all your burning questions.

Please note
