Your experience

Description

Your guided tour starts at St. Paul’s Chapel where you'll receive a more personal insight into the drama that took place. At the church families and friends met to pray for their beloved and wait for new information. Personal memorabilia and photographs are still hanging there and testify the happenings.

Some next sites you'll may have missed when visiting them on your own. Your local guide leads you to some special spots away from the known attractions like the American Express 11 Tears Memorial (until 1st of March 2018). The moving memorial is dedicated to the 11 employees that lost their lives on 9/11.

Once you reach the 9/11 memorial, you'll see the impressive Twin Reflecting Pools, built in the footprints of the World Trade Centre. Learn about the little nuances that make the memorial even more touching and pause for a moment. Next, you'll visit the Fireman’s Memorial, remembering at those brave men and women that tried to save the lives of so many closely after the attacks. Take a glance at the Survivor’s Tree that survived the attacks and now is a symbol for the enduring strength of the New Yorkers.

Finally, you'll stare at the new One World Observatory. Once you'll receive a reserved ticket, your entrance is guaranteed. Avoid the long waiting queues and explore the enormous building on your own. Inside the lobby videos about the emergence of this impressive structure will await you. At the top of the observatory you'll enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view over New York.
