Your experience

  • See over 10 locations from the series including Winterfell Castle
  • Be guided by a tour guide who has performed in the show itself

Join other series fans on this Game of Thrones location tour to visit the iconic locations from seasons 1 to 7, this tour, which complements our Games of Thrones Tour of the North, includes a visit to some of the greatest landscapes south of Belfast.

King Robb's Camp
Inch Abbey is a large 12th century monastery ruin and an example of early Gothic architecture. The "King in the North": After the news of Eddard Stark's death, the north decided to bend the knee to its own northern king. This is the ruin where King Robb 'The Young Wolf' was crowned 'The King in the North'

Tollymore Forest
Next stop is Tollymore Forest Park - Ireland's oldest pine forest - to see the place where the Direwolf pups were discovered and where the White Walker ambush took place. This stunning forest in the heart of the ancient kingdom of Mourne is famous for the place where the Starks found their first Direwolf puppies. Other scenes include the mysterious Wildling Massacre from Episode 1, and you'll also see the Tree of Jon and Tyrion, where they can discuss life on the Wall.

Lunch (not included in the tour price) will be in a private dining room in a traditional Irish pub.

Meet the Direwolves
As this is no ordinary tour, you will meet the dogs Odin and Thor, who played the Starks' Direwolf puppies

Winterfell - Ward Estate Castle
Castle Ward Estate is an 18th century manor house, known for its unique architecture and historic courtyard, and for its use as the site of Winterfell. You'll see the gate to Winterfell's farm and also over 10 Game of Thrones locations, the Westeros from the Riverlands to battlefields and more. Memorable scenes include Jamie and Briene of Tarth leaving Rob's camp on the way to Kings Landing. You will see the infamous twin house of Lord Walder Frey, Tyrion and Bron's first meeting after their trial in The Eyrie. Even the tree under which King Rob Stark and Tulisa spoke their vows will be part of the tour.
