St. Peter's Church
No waiting time in line
You shouldn't be in the Sistine Chapel with hundreds of other people. Beat the crowds by enjoying the incredible frescoes 45 minutes before the chapel opens.
After spending time in the chapel with Michelangelo's frescoes, your guide will guide you through the Vatican Museums and show you the most important works. Starting earlier, you will be one step ahead in most galleries and enjoy fantastic art like the Raphael Rooms, the Apollo Belvedere, Laocoon and Sons and more.
After visiting the museums, you will re-enter the Sistine Chapel, which is now much more crowded, and walk through a special corridor that allows you to skip the queue to St. Peter's Church. Here you will enjoy a one-hour guided tour of the huge basilica, with stops at Michelangelo's heartbreaking Pietá and Bernini's huge canopy altar. After that you can explore St. Peter's as long as you like.
If you are guided in a small group with a local guide and headsets for each guest, you don't have to worry about losing your group or missing interesting information - and there is a lot of interesting information. The Vatican Museums and St. Peter's Church have never been as accessible as they are today.
Tips for guides are welcome, but never obligatory. Please note that the meeting point is 15 minutes before the start time. There is no refund or rebooking for late arrival or non-appearance after the start of the tour. Please remember that the Sistine Chapel is a sacred place and clothing must be appropriate for the visit. Both men and women are asked to wear clothes that cover at least their shoulders and knees. We would like to inform our customers that the Basilica of St. Peter may be closed during special celebrations, including the Easter celebrations. If this happens during your visit, we will spend more time in the Sistine Chapel and the Vatican Museums. We cannot provide a refund in this case. Although the Vatican Museums are equipped with lifts for wheelchair users and prams, they are not on the group tour and only offer access to certain areas of the museums. For this reason, we cannot accommodate wheelchairs on our group trips in the Vatican. Please note that guests are only allowed to carry small handbags in the Vatican Museums. Larger backpacks etc. must be left at the cloakroom. It is the guest's responsibility to return to the entrance of the Vatican Museum to pick it up after the guided tour.
