Escape the crowds, visiting the top sights of Venice from the water. Tour the Grand Canal by luxury water taxi and stop at the fascinating San Giorgio Island.
Ride a luxurious speedboat down the Canal Grande.
Marvel at Venice's most famous sights and learn more about its history.
Discover the island and the Basilica of San Giorgio Maggiore and climb the bell tower.
Any local will tell you that Venice must be seen from the water, but if you plan to swim down the Canal Grande, the gondolas are simply not strong enough. That is why we tell you on board the history and legends that bring the city around you to life.
We pass the most beautiful basilicas, palaces and bridges of Venice, including St Mark's Square, the Doge's Palace, the Bridge of Sighs, the San Michele Cemetery, the Rialto Bridge, the Rialto Fish Market, the Accademia Bridge, the Cà d'Oro and Cà Pesaro Palaces, the Madonna dell'Orto Church and the Salute Church. Your guide will tell you the different stories that have shaped the unique maritime history of this city.
Next we will leave the tourist path to stop at one of the rarely visited jewels of Venice, the island and the Basilica of San Giorgio Maggiore, where postcard pictures of Venice can be taken across the water to St. Mark's Square. After seeing the interior of the breathtaking basilica, you will have the opportunity to climb the bell tower (or take the lift) with an all-inclusive ticket. From the top of the tower you can admire the dome of St. Mark's and enjoy an incredible view of the city in front of you.
This tour is about seeing Venice the way the locals do: from the water and in stylish luxury. With a small group of 9 people or less and headsets to hear your guide wherever you are on the boat, exploring the world's most unique city has never been so easy and relaxing.
Gratuities to guides are appreciated but never obligatory.
