Feel like a king when you turn your eyes to beautiful art and beautiful Napoleonic furniture inside.

The Royal Palace Amsterdam is still used by the Dutch royal family and hosts state visits, award ceremonies, New Year receptions and other royal events. With this fast track ticket you have the opportunity to walk through the interior of this royal palace without waiting for a royal invitation.

This monolith from the 17th century has been one of the hippest places in the city for 350 years. During the Dutch Golden Age it was built as a town hall, and its importance is more than obvious in the architecture and the opulent marble interior. When Louis Napoleon (brother of le petit caporal) was King of Holland, he co-opted it and transformed it from the Town Hall into his royal palace in 1808.

On entering you will discover paintings and sculptures by Rembrandt's pupils, Ferdinand Bol and Govert Flinck. Admire the furniture, chandeliers, art and clocks as you walk through these sacred marble halls. Your audio guide (available in eight different languages) will tell you about the remarkable history and fascinating interior during your walk.
