Your experience

  • Beautiful city museum, which was declared a world heritage site by UNESCO
  • A one hour guided tour in Toledo
  • Visit of the cathedral of Segovia

70 km from Madrid is Toledo, with a beautiful city museum that has been declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. It is one of the oldest cities in Europe and has a great artistic beauty and buildings from almost all periods of history (Arabic, Gothic, Mudejar, Renaissance and Baroque). Toledo is called the "city of the three cultures" because Christians, Muslims and Jews lived together. In the XVI century it was also the residence of the great painter El Greco. In Toledo, you will be able to organize your day as you wish. 1 hour guided walk in Toledo is included

The return from Toledo to Madrid takes place at 12:30 pm, the meeting point is in front of the restaurant Hacienda del Cardenal (Pº de Recaredo 24), near Puerta de Bisagra. You make a panoramic bus tour and stop at the Mirador del Valle to take pictures. Afterwards you return to Madrid for lunch (lunch not included).

In the afternoon you will drive to Segovia, famous for its well preserved Roman aqueduct, which is 16 km long. This city, home to some of the kings of Castile, is home to one of the most important medieval building complexes in Spain. The cathedral of Segovia is considered "the woman of cathedrals" because of its elegance and the Alcázar is the most spectacular castle of the country. You will see the aqueduct and take a guided walk of about 1 hour. Then you have the free time to shop and take pictures in Segovia. The return from Segovia to Madrid is at 18:30 and the meeting point is at the Segovia public bus station in Plaza de la Estación de Autobuses, 1.
