UAE residents / holders of a tourist visa must send in a copy of their passport to have their border passport processed. The border passport is required for all residents of the United Arab Emirates / holders of a tourist visa in accordance with the new regulations of the Dibba inspection office of the United Arab Emirates.
The border pass is processed by us (it is free of charge) and remains at the Dibba checkpoint. Processing of the border pass can take 2 to 3 working days. Please make sure you have your passport with you at the time of your trip.
For holders of a tourist visa, the border crossing permit is processed within one day, with a valid passport to carry when the tour passes the army control point.
It is also necessary for all guests to carry the original passport with them at the time of the tour.
The pick-up time and return journey for sharing transfers can vary by 30 to 60 minutes depending on the traffic situation and location.
Sharing transfers are possible from Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed to Marina.

You will be picked up at your hotel (centrally located in the City Center area Dubai / Sharjah Sahara Centre Dubai Side) in the hotel lobby between 7:30 and 8:00 am.
