The popular destination has developed into an excellent multi-purpose destination. Visitors have the exclusive opportunity to put themselves in the shoes of their heroes as they stand on the pitch side, where superstars won gold and where West Ham players now play their home games.
With exclusive access to mostly private areas of the venue, superstar footage and unique interviews, the new London Stadium Tours are perfect for London 2012 enthusiasts, West Ham United fans and anyone simply interested in understanding how a world-class stadium works.
Visitors will be able to put themselves in the shoes of the Super Saturday athletes as they make their preparations on the warm-up track before the roar of the crowd propelled them to gold. And the fans of the newest residents of the stadium, West Ham United, will not be disappointed to follow in the footsteps of their heroes and take the walk through the players' tunnel before being sung of by 54,000 fans in the iconic place where they can imagine a deafening interpretation of "bubbles".
The stadium is brought to life by a 75-minute interactive multimedia tour specially designed for the stadium. Each visitor receives a personal handheld device during this partly guided, partly multimedia tour. The device displays interactive content as you travel through the venue, including interviews with footballers and athletes, as well as highlights from the history of the stadium, UK Athletics and West Ham United.
And when the tour experience is over, drive to Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park to enjoy the beautiful parks and tranquil waterways, all in the shadow of the world famous London 2012 venues.
