Description

Don't miss the opportunity to discover these three main attractions in the Madrid area in just one day!

Discover two of the most important cities of the Castilian Plateau and World Heritage. Ávila, famous for its 12th century walls, and Segovia, home to one of the best preserved Roman aqueducts in the world. You will also visit the monastery of El Escorial and its basilica, tomb of the kings of Spain.

You leave Madrid early in the morning towards Ávila, where you stop at the viewpoint "cuatro postes". Then you drive into the city to start the tour, passing the Sanctuary of San Vicente, the Cathedral and of course the walls. Our guide will explain you everything about the origin of the aqueduct by the Romans. You will continue our way through the streets of the city center and will walk through the cathedral. We will then continue through the canonry district until we reach the famous Alcazar, the symbol of Spanish art and history. There you will have free time to have lunch, go shopping or visit some of the monuments yourself.

After the break you will drive to El Escorial, where you will visit the interior of the monastery. There, under the guidance of our guide, you will discover this architectural complex that includes a royal palace, a basilica, a pantheon, a library, a school and a monastery.
