Your boat trip starts at the tourist port of Ushuaia and takes you into the heart of the Beagle Canal. On the way you will enjoy the panoramic view of the coast of Ushuaia and the mountains Olivia and Cinco Hermanos.
You sail southwest and approach the Isla de los Lobos, where you can observe sea lions in their natural habitat. Then we continue to the Island of Birds, home to the Magellanic and Imperial cormorants and a popular place to observe sea birds. Finally you will reach the Les Eclaireurs lighthouse on the archipelago of the same name.
Here you can see part of Monte Cervantes, the ship that was shipwrecked in 1930. Along the south coast of the Great Island of Tierra del Fuego you can see the Estancia Remolino, where the ship Monte Sarmiento is stuck. Then you cross the Beagle Canal in north-south direction, pass Gable Island and Puerto Williams Naval Base. Once on Martillo Island, stop to observe the Magellanic Penguins colony nesting during the summer season. From here you return to your home port.
In the penguin colony you will not leave the boat.
Pick up at the hotel is not included. Departures from the port take place in the morning and afternoon.
