Once a month the family, together with grandmother and aunts, prepares fresh homemade pasta, the Culurgiones Ogliastrini (a handmade pasta filled with potatoes and cheese). Now you can take a cooking lesson to enjoy the pasta in both the traditional and modern versions with fresh tomato sauce.
You will process the fresh pasta, the stuffing with potatoes and other "secret" ingredients, together. Then roll out the dough and make small slices which are then closed. Let's see how you do with the closing, as it is an art that was previously reserved only for housewives.
Before lunch you have time to relax in the garden while tasting the starters, uncorking a white wine and sitting at the table to enjoy the Culurgiones - the typical stuffed pasta from Ogliastra.
