Your experience

Description

This royal tour includes all the British culture and tradition we can imagine - even afternoon tea! Watch the changing of the guard, get temporary access to Buckingham Palace (only open for a little over two months a year) and enjoy your tea and cake with jams. It hurts in English!

Observe the change of the guard from a first-class position. See the strict soldiers in their red jackets and fluffy black hats and watch the palace guards march with their slender horses. This is a great show!

Then it goes on to the highlight of the day - Buckingham Palace. The state rooms used for entertainment are only open to the public during the summer months, so this is a rare opportunity to snoop around in a living, working home for the British monarchy.

Every year a special exhibition takes place in one of the state rooms. See what this year has to offer and admire the opulence of the rest of the palace. Your audio guide will tell you about the history of this not so modest dwelling while you visit the oldest parts of the palace. Some are from the early 1700s, but they fit the modern accents pretty well

Continue and enjoy your ears with more royal stories from your guide as you head to your next location. With a head full of royal weddings and banquets, it's time for your own celebration. Your traditional afternoon tea includes freshly baked scones with cream and jam - and traditional finger sandwiches.
