Your experience

Description

Sir Winston Churchill was a man of good taste, and the future Prime Minister of the United Kingdom (1940 to 1945) was born into this good taste at Blenheim Palace. Explore the historic town of Windsor and learn more about the royal life at Windsor Castle and a wealth of refreshing English country air!

The beautiful Blenheim Palace is the only non-royal manor house in the whole of England that bears the title "Palace". Built between 1705 and 1722, this richly decorated royal residence has experienced its share of the outlandish affairs, and you will learn all about it from your British tour guide.

Explore the opulent state rooms, look at the furniture that is far too expensive to sit on (don't you dare!) and take a walk through the lush landscaped gardens. There are 2,000 hectares of parkland where Winston Churchill once dreamed his big dreams.

In Windsor you breathe in the fresh country air. Walk the cobbled streets, watch the sun shine on the river and get a squizz at Windsor Castle - the oldest squatted castle in the world.

When Her Majesty is in residence and not walking on the Corgis, you may even be lucky enough to see the Royal Standard Flag flying high.
