Your experience

It is also the most important building in Hungary, the third largest building in Hungary and at the same time the most important sight of the capital. The construction of the basilica began according to the plans of Miklós Ybl in 1851, and finally - with the participation of József Kauser - it was completed in 1905. In the following five years the church suffered considerable damage due to wars, storms and earthquakes, and was renovated between 1983 and 2003.

The concert programme was prepared by Miklós Teleki, who is one of the best organ artists in Hungary.

The arias of the program will be performed by the most famous oratorio singer, Kolos Kováts. In addition to countless prizes, he was awarded the highest Hungarian artist award - the Kossuth Prize - in 1992.

The flute is played by Eleonóra Krusic. She is already well known through numerous performances with orchestras in Zurich, Graz and Vienna.
